Below, you’ll find the Wasserturm’s availability at a glance. Each box represents the 24-hour period from midday to midday (i.e., one full rental day). The different coulours and symbols indicate whether an apartment is
available (green; no arrival on days marked ⊗),
requested (yellow and marked · ) or
booked (red and marked • ).

If the calendar shows the apartment you desire to be availabe, please send us via e-mail stating your preferred apartment and dates. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Prices

* The discounted rate is only valid during the low season and only for nights that are not followed by a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. In addition to all nationwide-public holidays, the following are also considered to be public holidays:

• Epiphany (6 January)

• International Women's Day (8 March)

• Reformation Day (31 October)

• All Saint’s Day (1 November)

• Corpus Christi (date varies)

** If you prefer to save the cleaning rate, kindly let us know. On your arrival, we will hand over an uncleaned apartment (of course we will have made sure that it has been left in an acceptable condition) with stripped beds. Inside you will find fresh bed linens and towels as well as the required cleaning agents. This way, you can clean the apartment according to your personal preference. You will not have to clean the apartment on leaving.

DISCOUNT

Season dependent, guests are granted a 10% discount on their total stay (see above for the number of nights required to qualify for the reduced rate). If you wish to book a combination of apartments, get in touch, and we will submit a personalised offer.

GENERAL RENTing CONDITIOnS

The aforementioned prices are per apartment per night. They include the current VAT. The date of the first night’s booking determines the season (and thus the rental price for the stay).

Only members of the cooperative can make reservations more than nine months in advance.

In order to guarantee the booking, the first instalment of 50% is to be transferred immediately after receiving the booking confirmation. The remaining 50% are to be paid at least 21 days in advance of the stay.

YOUR STAY AT THE WASSERTURM—ESSENTIALS

All apartments are non-smoking. Bed linens, towels and the use of wifi are included in the price. On arrival, you will receive the access code from our tower team. They will also be happy to help you on-site.

Secure parking is available for both bicycles and cars.

HAGENOW is the wheelchair-accessible apartment. Also, pets can be brought to this apartment, resulting in an additional fee.

Access to the apartments PANKOW, GÜSTROW and KARGOW is via a narrow spiral staircase. As there is no lift, we do not recommend that you bring bulky or heavy luggage.

Check-in should take place between 3 pm and 5 pm where possible. Check-out is a must before 11 am and before 6 pm on Sundays and holidays. An alternative timing may be possible on prior arrangement and dependent on other bookings. We like to treat our tower team to a weekly day off, so check-ins on a Sunday are not provided. Should you wish to arrive on a public holiday, we kindly ask for prior arrangement.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

For stays of more than one week, additional cleaning (including a change of linens) can be arranged (extra costs, rate see above).

If you would like an additional basket of firewood, we suggest a donation of 5 € to the firewood fund (a cash box located at the tower).

VISITOR’S tax

The town of Waren (Müritz) requires a visitor's tax. This is paid in cash on arrival to our tower team. You will receive a receipt of payment, as well as information on leisure activities in Waren and the surrounding area. Exact change for the tax is appreciated.

The current fees for people of 16 years and older are

2,70 € per person and overnight stay (1 Mai - 30 September)
2,00 € per person and overnight stay (1 October - 30 April)
